Looking to Get Pre-Qualified?

• 1. Last 2 years' federal tax returns with all schedules 

  2. Last 2 years' business returns and K1’s if 25% of more owners of the company 

  3. Last 2 years W2's and/or 1099’s 

  4. Last 2 pay stubs(at least 30 days' worth) 

  5. Last 2 months' Bank Statements (all pages of each statement) 

  6. Last 2 months Asset Statements- IRA, 401K, 403B, Mutual Funds, CD, Stocks, etc. (all pages of each statement, if they are quarterly statements I will only need the most recent statement)

  7. Copy of Driver's License for each applicant (Easiest way to send a clear copy is to take a picture with your phone and email it)
